Where are you based and do you travel?
Rune&Rook is located in Lancaster, PA, and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. If your session is more then 1 hour away from Lancaster, PA there will be a non-refundable fee of $100 added to your session invoice.
That being said, I do not travel for boudoir sessions. Boudoir is exclusively done out of my home studio until further notice or unless otherwise stated for a special event at an alternative location. So be prepared to travel to Lancaster, PA for your Boudoir Session.
How many pictures will we receive?
How many images you receive will depend on the package you purchased. I deliver a gallery of 50-100 photos to you and you will be able to pick the photos you wish to keep. Additional images may be purchased through your online gallery for an additional fee.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 weeks depending on your package of choice. You will be able to download your favorite images from your gallery straight to your computer from home. You may also purchase additional images from your gallery at an additional cost.
What happens if the weather is bad or a participant is sick?
Things happen! I am a reasonable human being, please just reach out to me if you or someone involved isn't feeling well. I'll try my best to reschedule your shoot to a new date/time. However, if there is more then one rescheduled date for any given session a fee of $125 will incur.
In the event of terrible and unpredictable weather, your outdoor shoot will be rescheduled to a new date/time. I want the best possible backdrop for your outdoor session and we don't want the weather to rain on our parade... Literally. That being said, sometimes the weather can make a great shot. Glistening snow, Kisses in the summer rain, long dresses flowing in the wind. If we are all safe and willing, then I'm game.
What does the Videography include?
Boudoir videography can be added to any of my boudoir sessions for an additional fee. You will be given a fully edited video of how beautiful and graceful you are as even more proof that you are a goddess walking the earth.
Couples' Videography can be added to their package for an additional fee. You will receive a fully edited video of you and your partner surrounded by your love and cute little moments from your session.
What should I wear to my boudoir shoot?
Wear anything that makes you feel like the baddest biddie in the world!
Bring a couple of different options to your session, more clothes never hurt anyone! I send out a prep guide with a list of items as well as a few places to purchase my favorite lingerie. My guide also includes how to preapre for your session, the timeline of your day and post-session information.

I also provide a client closet to my boudoir clients. This is stocked with lingerie of various sizes, robes, white button-downs, body jewelry, garters, shoes, etc. If you plan on using something from my closet please bring a black and/or nude thong with you just in case.
Can I bring someone with me to my Boudoir Session?
As much as I want you to be super confident and comfortable at your session, my answer is no. You may not bring anyone to your Boudoir session. Boudoir is an intimate, sensual, and vulnerable experience. You might be nervous at first but you'll feel much better connecting to the camera without an audience. Trust me.
I don't know how to pose...
Don't worry about posing so much. Just come with an open mind and be ready to have fun. I will help guide and coach your posing and facial expressions. Although posing may feel uncomfortable at first, we will figure out what poses are best for your body and the ability to make sure you look stunning!
Will my photos be posted on the internet?
As long as you want them to be.
I absolutely will not post your photos without your permission. Ive had many clients that have professional jobs or conservative partners that do not wish to show their bits to the world. THIS IS PERFECTLY OKAY! You should not feel guilty about this whatsoever.
There is also the option to allow me to share the amazing photos from your gallery that will keep your session a secret. These photos are called "Anonymous" posts. They are cropped images that show a detail such as a curvy part of the body or a specific piece or jewelry but the subjects identifying features are not in frame.
The choice is yours! I will ask you verbally face to face at the session as well as get you to sign a release if you don't mind if i post your images.
Why are your packages so expensive?
Your investment is for you as much as it is for me. Full transparency your investment pays for my continued business, my personal bills and my continued mission to show lovely humans exactly how amazing they are in their own skin. On the other hand, you are receiving high quality images and products from professionals as well as gaining confidence and self love for that badass person you currently are, right now. These pictures will last a lifetime. They are memories and therefore invaluable.
What if we arent a traditional couple, can we still book a couples boudoir shoot?
I can't believe I have been asked this question. Yes, of course. Couples of all genders and sexual orientation can book a boudoir photoshoot. Even if you have a throuple. No judgment here babes.
What happens if I get "excited" during my couples session?
People assigned male at birth love asking this question. My answer to that is, you won't. Y'all will both be nervous, clothed and posed from head to toe the whole time. A couple seconds in each pose and then on to the next. It's all business, although super fun and totally exciting in the traditional sense, its still just business. I think you can make it until you get home.
